The 2009 December regular meeting of the Board of Directors has been changed to December 14, as the regularly scheduled meeting falls during Christmas break.

The 2010 January regular meeting of the Board of Directors has been changed to Tuesday, January 19 as the regularly scheduled meeting falls on Martin Luther King day.
